Dreaming of sunnier days, part 2…

I’m out of town today, and I didn’t have room in my luggage for my camera, so here’s a dapper blue-winged teal drake against Milwaukee river water reflecting a warm sun off the far shore last April.

  1. Have a good trip! Today Zi and I walked to Outpost and came back along the west side of the river then crossed the Port bridge and went into Estabrook. I saw two flying birds, a Goldeneye and a Merganser. The other day I saw three Goldeneyes, one alone and two as a pair.The trails are quite icey.
